Turnovers that create themselves
- When a stay is confirmed, Ulterva creates its turnover straight away, due at checkout in the property's local time. Your cleaners see next week's work this week.
- If the stay is cancelled, its turnover is cancelled too, so nobody turns up for a stay that isn't happening.
- If the checkout date moves, the turnover moves with it.
- Work that has already been done is never changed after the fact.

- One list of outstanding work across your portfolio, soonest first, with overdue jobs highlighted.

- Start and complete a job straight from the list.
Checklists on every job
- Each job carries its checklist. Tick steps off as you go; some steps ask for a photo.
- A job keeps the checklist it was created with. Editing your standard checklist later never rewrites the record of work already done.
