Not every job comes from a booking. Recurring schedules cover the rest.
Set it once
- Repeat a job daily, weekly on the days you choose, or monthly, every so many days, weeks or months.
- Choose the property, and optionally a single unit.
- Set the time the job is due. It is always the property's local time, so "Mondays at 10:00" stays 10:00 when the clocks change.
- A monthly job set for the 31st runs on the last day of shorter months instead of skipping them.
Jobs appear ahead of time
- Upcoming jobs are added to the board 14 days ahead by default, so your team can plan the week.
- Each one arrives with your default checklist for that type of job.
Change of plan
- Pause a schedule, and upcoming jobs that haven't started are cancelled. Resume it, and they return.
- A job that is already under way is never touched.
What this does not do yet
You can't edit a schedule after creating it yet. To change a schedule's timing, pause it and create a new one.
