Owners want to know how their property is doing. The owner portal shows them, without you sending spreadsheets.
For you
- Add each owner on the new Owners page, with the property they own and, if you like, their ownership share.
- Switch the portal on or off for each owner. Switching it off removes their access immediately.
- There are no invitations to send. When the owner signs in with the email address you have on file, and they have confirmed that address, their property appears.
For owners
For each month, an owner sees:
- Occupancy: nights booked out of nights available.
- Booking value of the nights in that month, with their share if you recorded one.
- Stays, including cancellations, so a quieter month has an explanation.
- Work done at the property: cleaning, inspections and maintenance.
What owners never see
Owners see only the properties they own. They never see another owner's property, your guests' details, your internal notes, who did a job, or anything about your costs.
What this does not do yet
Booking value is the gross value of the nights booked. It is not a statement: fees, expenses and your management commission are not deducted. Owner statements are not available yet.
